Beginners: you have never tried cross country skiing before, and this is your first time on "skinny skis". We focus on gaining balance on skis, learn how to brake, and how to rise after falling. Additionally you will learn some basic techinque, and how to coorinate poles and skis.

Some experience: You have tried cross country skiing a couple of times and feel that you are able to keep your balance most of the time. Now you need to improve your technique. In this course we will focus on different techiques within classic skiing, and how to use them in different terrain.

All skiing is on groomed tracks.
